Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding our store and website. If you have a question that isn't answered here, or need additional information please contact us.



  1. Where are you located?
    • 7 East Avenue, Suite 101, Wellsboro, PA 16901
  2. Where do I park?
    • We have our own parking lot in front of the store on East Ave. You can also park "out back", by parking in the big parking lot for the Tops/Dunkin' Donuts/CVS plaza on Main Street. There's a lot of parking there, and you can easily park there and walk around our building (State Farm Insurance is on the back of our building). Both parking lots are free and handicap-accessible.
  3. What are your hours?
    • Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm
    • Friday and Saturday: 9am-7pm
    • Sunday: 11am-4pm
  4. How do I contact you?



  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
    • Not necessarily: while we do have over 40,000 books in stock, there are obviously millions of books available. Many times, books found through our website search are only one business day away from our store, since most of them are available through our warehouse in Chambersburg, PA. If your order is time sensitive or if you are driving a ways to come get it, please call us to confirm availability.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
    • No. This just means that we've received your order. We will contact you as soon as your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
  3. When will I get my book(s)?
    • For in stock orders we strive to ship them within 1-2 business days, and delivery time depends on the method of shipping selected. For orders with out of stock items, we will provide an estimated date of shipment.
  4. What if I need to return something?
    • Please review our return policies and contact us with any further questions.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    •  We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and if you're picking up in store, you may pay in cash. Bookstore members may pay with a personal check, with valid ID. Please see our "membership" link in the above drop-down menus for more information about all the benefits of our membership program!
  6. How can I check the status of my order?
    • Log in, select 'My Account' and 'Orders' a list of all orders and their current status is provided.
