Rev Run (an ordained minister) closes each episode of Run's House by reading philosophical, Christian, and inspirational books in the bathtub before penning words that inspire, encourage, and motivate. About the Author

Reverend Run entered the public eye in 1983 as Run, leader of the pioneering rap trio Run-DMC. Since then, his accomplishments include becoming president of Phatfarm Footwear, CEO of Run Athletics, and star of the top-rated MTV show Run's House. Recently, he released his first solo album, Distortion, on RSMG, and directed the video for his first single, "Mind on the Road." More important, he is a minister at Zoe Ministries, founded by Bishop E. Bernard Jordan in 1983. Run now spends the majority of his time at church and building the foundations of his family.
