Carter and Diaz then invite readers to create their very own modern masterpieces. The book includes die-cut pieces that can be assembled (and reassembled) in any way the reader chooses. David A. Carter is best known for his pop-up books for both children and adults. His Bugs series has sold over six million copies. He lives in Auburn, California. James Diazhas created hundreds of pop-ups and won numerous awards for his paper engineering, including the Gold Three-Dimensional Illustration Award. He lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
