Luckily, BATMAN and his teenage crime-fighting partner, ROBIN, are investigating. Soon, they trace this monster mess back to the GOTHAM CITY CLINIC. Apparently, the evil HUGO STRANGE has been posing as a physician and turning his patients into troublesome terrors. The DYNAMIC DUO must work together to stop the creature chaos and put this monster medic out of business.
