Gumbo Circuitry: Poetic Routes, Gastronomic Legacies is part memorial, part celebration, part "calling in" (as opposed to calling out), and part Carnivale. Make no mistake- this is a Creole Book and as such, this collection is a love letter to Louisiana's Creole, Indigenous Gulf South, and Latinidad communities, in the homeland and the diaspora.
