God has emotions and feels pain, but He also feels pleasure, and we have been given the privilege of touching His heart. But the best of all is that God is the one who takes the initiative to seek us out and win our hearts.
Knowing that I could win the heart of God and enjoy his favor became one of the purposes of my life. But not only I want to conquer him, I hope that my home, our church and our nation can also conquer his heart.I believe that when Christians come together to worship, God is in our midst. However, in some places He is there simply because "He has to be" since in a verse He promised that where were two or three gathered in his name He would be in their midst (Matthew 18:20), but I imagine him there all bored, waiting for the service to end. However, there are other places where he really wants to be, places where he feels pleased, desired and loved, where he feels pleasure and feels so at home that he even takes off his shoes... and rests. And that's what I want our church to be, a place where God wants to be.
I want to tell you everything we have learned in trying to win His heart and make our life and our church the place where God wants to be: the place of His presence.
