Description

Mari lived with her mother and father at 43 Windthorne Road. She was three years old when her mother, asleep in the next room, was brutally murdered. Since then, she has lived with her father and grandparents in her grandparents' house. As she looks forward to her senior year and beginning her life as an adult, she focuses on finding her mother's killer by looking for clues in her family's attic. She soon believes that the solution to the murder lies in the house where her mother was killed. Under the guise of visiting colleges, she enlists her best friends to take a road trip with her to visit the house where the murder took place. Who owns it now? What clues might they have? What clues might exist in the neighborhood? Mari is a determined young woman on a quest to find the person who killed her mother and will look wherever she can and try whatever is available to awaken her memory of that terrible day.
